Terms and Conditions

- Any refunds will take 30 days to be processed and must be requested in writing via email to mj@sageparacon.co.uk 

- Product refunds will be processed provided that the packaging seal has not been broken and the item is undamaged. You may be liable for the return postage costs. 

- Due to the ever-changing Covid climate - we reserve the right to move any event dates, should we have to cancel an event, all refunds will be processed within 60 days of the cancellation. 

- Guest appearances at any of our events are subject to covid regulations, travel restrictions, and guest filming/work schedules. 

- We reserve the right to refuse entry into our events.
